What type of fruit is recommended for pregnant women:
- Tomatoes
- Papaya, all papaya are rich in vitamin C
- Mango
- Sweet orange
- Grapefruit
- Bananas, bananas are rich in calcium
- And many more buah2 of the others, such as watermelon, mangosteen, sapodilla etc.
