2. You experience nausea, vomiting or morning sickness worse. If indeed pregnant twins, the levels of h Cg (human Chorionic Gonadotropin) in urine may also increase. HCG hormone necessary to maintain the pregnancy until the placenta develops. This hormone can be detected through blood or through Urine (when you want to know the pregnancy through the test pack) even before your periods stop. In a singleton pregnancy, usually the concentration of h Cg increases rapidly during the first week, and a double every two or three days.
