The growth of fetus in pregnancy cause changes in the body, and maternal psychological.

Changes are changes in the uterus (womb) of the mother. Because the womb is the place to grow and development results, such as conception fetus, placenta and fetal water. The size of the uterus will be increased over the age of the pregnancy. For example, at the age of 16 weeks of pregnancy the size of the uterus of the head of a baby or adult fist, at the age of 20 weeks of pregnancy the womb is in the top edge down the center and at the age of 24 weeks of pregnancy are on the top center edge. Midwife or doctor can estimate the age of the pregnancy based on the size of the uterus. However, in certain circumstances such as in twin pregnancy, the baby of the fetal fluid and too many (hidramnion), the size of the womb will be bigger than normal circumstances.
